Participants arrive to a fresh, colorful, immaculate environment that breaks down all barriers for creative thinking and social interaction.
Participants identify strengths, new ideas and new initiatives via large and small group brainstorming sessions.
In each round of brainstorming, groups identify the best ideas in their small groups, then reconvene into the large group settings. Participants are then handed an “anonymous” voting device and all participants begin to vote on the top ideas that were generated in each session.
All ideas, information and communication is well documented in a “real-time-record” that is distributed electronically to all participants the following day.
